Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During holidays, new product launches, or sales, processing times may be extended up to 7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

 


 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

 


Currently, we only ship within the United States.

 


 

Warm Weather Notice

Some products, such as whipped butters, may soften or melt during warmer months. This does not affect their quality. If melting occurs, place the product in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes before use.

 


 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately at shaedaila333@gmail.com. Once the package has shipped, we cannot make changes.

 


 

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not liable for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your tracking information says “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please reach out to the carrier directly.
