Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns but exchanges can be done under certain circumstances.

However if items arrive damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at shaedaila333@gmail.com, with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll make it right.
